Basically, he is trying to scam people who will fall for it by saying he has a package with millions of dollars but I have to pay the delivery fee to release it - demurrage apparently. He said I can either buy it in gift cards or bitcoin, I chose bitcoin so I could report his wallet. _x000D_ He has had over 32k dollars go through from people who he has scammed.
