The extortionist / crook of wallet [ec9721448b] used the bitcoin address1KtQGChPRyha4xVyiDHMwc41RwwFaosbhG for the received bitcoins which has also been used on 7 November 2018 to transfer bitcoins to wallets Luno.com and [d2858c3ddd] This is obviously the biggest nonsense, paying with Bitcoin is anonymous so the scammer cannot know who the money came from (there is no sender). The story as described in the mail is therefore incorrect and is not based on truths.
