Extorsion to pay or publish (to all my contacts) unexistent pornographic images supposedly hijacked from my computer, which is not true since I do not have such things.

First I received an e-mail from: _x000D_ aidacelestebala@codetel.net.do_x000D_ _x000D_ With the same scam as everybody else._x000D_ _x000D_ aidacelestebala@codetel.net.do Aida Celeste Bala from Dominican Republic apparently._x000D_ _x000D_ Later, I received the same e-mail but from my account asking for money in exchange of some video he took. I do not even watch those sites, so I am not worried at all, nor do I have a web cam. Just wanted to post it in here so everybody knows._x000D_ _x000D_ Also, how could they sent an e-mail from my same account?

For everyone reading this: DONT WORRY, it is 100% fake. They try and make you think your email server has been hacked by spoofing the FROM: header. This is a very easy thing to do. The fact that you or someone else received an email from a certain address DOES NOT MEAN that such address is the actual sender of the email (absurd, I know right??). This is the main point of the SCAM, because if they can do this, then you might believe what follows. _x000D_ It is indeed scary because the language is correct, some technical things that are mentioned in the email (such as pixel tracking) are doable and the continuous bombardment makes one wonder whether this could actually be true._x000D_ _x000D_ So, DONT WORRY.
